Rhèba” in the Cimbric language translates to “vine plant”.

It is produced through the maceration of Valpolicella Classico together with the Amarone pomace at the end of fermentation. Thanks to this technique, the wine acquires structure, aromatic complexity and longevity.

Rhèba ages for 16 months in second passage oak tonneuax, this process allows the tannic part of the wine to be softened through micro-oxygenation and to develop an optimal balance between primary and tertiary notes.
